Our ceramic press forging hydraulic cylinder is a high-pressure, long-life, high-precision actuator for ceramic powder dry pressing,which can be installed in hydraulic presses of mainstream brands such as Keda, SACMI, System, SITI B&T. The core uses forgings+heat treatment+hard surface+high-pressure sealing, suitable for 25-40MPa, large tonnage (500-6000t) presses, and the main cylinder is mostly plunger type.

Product Procedure
Material Selection & Blanking: Adopt high-pressure steel such as 42CrMo.
Forging Blanking: Heat steel billets and forge into cylinder barrel and piston rod blanks, then pass flaw detection.
Heat Treatment: Quenching and tempering to ensure sufficient strength, toughness and qualified hardness.
Precision Machining
Cylinder barrel: Rough & fine boring → rolling/honing → thread and oil port turning.
Plunger: Rough turning → quenching and tempering → precision grinding → chrome plating/nickel-based coating.
Surface Treatment: Implement anti-rust treatment for cylinder barrels and hard chrome/anti-corrosion coating for piston rods to enhance wear and corrosion resistance.
Component Assembly: Clean parts → install seals → connect piston and piston rod → assemble into cylinder barrel → fit end caps and guide sleeves.
Pressure Test & Inspection: Hold pressure at 1.25~1.5 times the rated pressure to check internal and external leakage, stroke and buffering performance.
Finished Product Coating: Spray paint for rust prevention, ship after passing inspection.
