The H13 embossing roller adopts a full-process manufacturing route: electroslag remelting + three-upsetting three-drawing forging + precision heat treatment + CNC finishing, ensuring dense metallographic structure, high precision and long service life.
Electroslag remelting or vacuum refining is adopted to achieve high material purity and reduce the risk of cracking.

Initial forging temperature: 1065–1175°C; finish forging temperature ≥ 850°C; total forging ratio ≥ 6, effectively improving strength and toughness.

Quenching + multiple tempering + cryogenic stabilization treatment. Stable hardness reaches HRC 48–52, with minimal deformation and low internal stress.

Internal boring and grinding, precision turning of outer circle and lapping process. Coaxiality ≤ 0.02 mm, roundness ≤ 0.01 mm, ensuring vibration-free operation at high speed.

Hard chrome plating (HRC 58–62) or nitriding treatment for excellent wear and corrosion resistance, greatly extending service life.
High temperature resistance: Maintains high hardness and strength at 600°C, and does not soften during long-term operation at 500–600°C, perfectly suitable for textile hot pressing conditions of 180–280°C.
Thermal fatigue resistance: Resists thermal and cold cycling, hardly prone to cracking, with a service life twice that of ordinary 9Cr2Mo rollers.
High hardness and excellent toughness: Reaches HRC 48–52 after quenching and tempering; surface nitriding/chromium plating can achieve HRC 58–62, balancing wear resistance and anti-chipping performance.
Wear and corrosion resistance: Strengthened by chromium‑molybdenum‑vanadium carbides, its wear resistance is 30% higher than that of ordinary steel, ideal for processing chemical fiber and printed fabrics.
It is designed for textile embossing working conditions featuring high temperature, high pressure and high wear resistance, which is used for embossing three-dimensional patterns on fabrics such as curtain cloth, sofa fabric and non-woven fabric.
