Features of Reamer Heads
1.The reamer body chooses high strength steel plates to weld.
2.The top plate and bottom plate choose wearing steel plates,such as NM400,NM500.Their surface hardness could reach HRC40-50.These materials not only have high surface hardness , but also good welding property.It is very suitable for reamer's top and bottom plates.
3.ETERNAL chooses suitable cutter types according to mine's work conditions.

NM400 and NM500 are common grades of wear-resistant steel plates, mainly used for structural components that can withstand high wear conditions.
NM400: NM400 plates are suitable for medium wear environments, such as mining machinery liners, engineering machinery bucket teeth, conveying equipment material troughs, port machinery components, etc.
NM500: NM500 plates are suitable for high-intensity wear environments, such as crusher hammers, wear-resistant liners, coal bin liners, excavator buckets, and other heavy wear components.
